My name is Robert Eaton who lived at 1101 Roache Street, Indianapolis, Indiana. 1964 – 1967 I played with LC Bates Blues/Jazz Band Indianapolis Indiana. I was the Tenor Saxophone player with Lester Spells on organ (if I remember correctly). We performed at Humphrey’s Lounge in KoKomo Indiana, Moose Country Club, The Indiana Ball Room and the Good Will Review in Memphis Tennessee and many more places. Horace Bates was married to my first cousin Eva Steward Bates. Also during this time I was studying Electrical Engineering with the United States Navy (Naval Avionics at 21st and Arlington.
